Below are a selection of dessets that we can provide freshly prepared for your event be it to accompany a hog roast or for a a wedding, private party or corporate event. Variations on these and others can be provided should you wish.



 

  1. Apple pie  (classic British pudding with buttery pastry and bramley apples)

  2. Bakewell  tart - (buttery pastry with raspberry jam and a light yet rich almond sponge)

  3. Tart Citron (A rich sharp fresh lemon custard, in a sweet pastry case)

  4. White Chocolate Truffle Torte (A liqueur soaked sponge, with a thick rich white chocolate & cream truffle, topped with dark chocolate curls.)

  5. Chocolate truffle torte (rich chocolate truffle flavoured with Amaretto liqueur and topped with Amaretti biscuits.)

  6. Treacle Tart (A real old favourite, sweet & sticky served warm or cold, on a crisp base topped with lattice pastry.)

  7. Fresh Fruit Salad (A colourful selection of seasonal fruits)

  8. Franzipan Tarts (Rich almond franzipan surrounding the fruit of your choice, in a fresh baked pastry case, glazed & topped with toasted nuts. Choice of: Pear ~ Apricot ~ Raspberry ~ Blackberry ~ Black Cherry ~ Gooseberry)

  9. Profiteroles (Little choux buns filled with cream and covered in a chocolate sauce)

  10. Chocolate Gateau (Layers of chocolate sponge & chocolate fudge, topped with a deep dark chocolate mousse, smothered in chocolate pieces.)

  11. Citrus Roulade (Vanilla sponge filled with lemon mousse & mandarin pieces rolled in toasted nuts.)

  12. Raspberry & Almond Roulade (A light roll of vanilla & almond sponge, filled with whole raspberries & fresh whipped cream, then rolled in toasted nut flakes.)

  13. Chocolate & Brandy Roulade (A rich chocolate sponge Swiss roll filled with chocolate gnash, Brandy & thick whipped cream.)

  14. Rich homemade cheesecakes. (Made from real cream cheese & served on a crisp homemade biscuit base. Topped with a choice of the following: Lemon ~ Rum & Raisin ~ Strawberry ~ Raspberry ~ Black-Cherry ~ Summer-Fruit ~ Tropical Fruit ~ Kiwi ~ Blackcurrant ~ Mandarin).

  15. Strawberries and cream (fresh strawberries with cream and optional meringues)

  16. Traditional Cheeseboard (Cheeses served with grapes, celery and a selection of cheese biscuits)
